  • Here’s how the process typically works:

    1. Submit the contact form or reach out directly.
      Share a few details about your space and what you’d like to achieve.

    2. I’ll respond within 24–48 hours.
      You’ll receive a personalized follow-up with next steps and available dates.

    3. We schedule your complimentary consultation.
      This can be virtual or in-person, depending on your location and project needs.

    4. You receive a customized plan.
      I’ll outline project scope, estimated hours, and recommended products—completely tailored to your home.

    5. We begin creating a space that feels calm, organized, and functional.

  • Every project is unique. During your initial consultation, we’ll discuss your goals and the specific needs of your space to determine the scope of work. Organizing a single area typically requires less time than larger projects, such as unpacking and organizing an entire home after a move.

  • Your presence is not required, but it is often encouraged—especially during the decluttering phase.

    If you prefer to pre-sort your items and set aside donations in advance, I’m happy to work independently. Many clients, however, find it helpful to collaborate during decluttering so we can make thoughtful decisions together. After that, we can continue working side by side, or you may step away while I handle the rest.

  • We accept cash, check, and HoneyBook invoicing for your convenience.

    If you prefer printed copies of your contract or other documentation, just let us know—we’re happy to provide them.

  • Organizing services are billed based on the estimated hours needed to complete your project. Organizing products and storage containers are not included in this cost.

    Products may be purchased on your behalf with an agreed-upon budget prior to your session and will be invoiced before completion. There is no markup on products purchased for your project.

    You’re also welcome to shop on your own using a personalized product recommendation list. If choosing this option, products should be on hand and ready on the day of your session so we can maximize our time together.escription
